The owners, Lance and Sharon Wilson, have been real estate appraisers since 1994 and bring to the business extensive real estate market knowledge and experience. Coupling this knowledge and experience with the desire to help individuals, families, companies, and corporations attain their goals is our #1 focus.

Wilson Realty consists of Broker Sharon Wilson with Associate Brokers Lance Wilson, Blake Wilson, Brock Reedy and associate staff of Sarah Wilson. Lance Wilson has been in the real estate business since 1995, is well versed in the local market and market value trends and is employed full-time with Wilson Realty. A dedicated member of the community, Lance is committed to building lasting relationships in Southeastern Colorado. Lance is ready to discuss all your real estate needs.

Brock Reedy is an Associate Broker of Wilson Realty. After exploring various parts of Colorado, Brock returned to Southeastern Colorado only to find out that there is truly no place like home. Brock is eager to use his drive, enthusiasm, and passion for people as a member of the team at Wilson Realty. Your needs as buyers and sellers will be his priority. Blake Wilson is the son of Lance and Sharon and holds his Colorado real estate license. Blake has developed real estate experience over several years from showings, negotiations, property inspections for marketing, leads, office management and technical assistance. Blake says, “I am excited to build relationships while helping people find the right home”.

Sarah Wilson is the wife of Taylor Wilson who provides marketing support for Wilson Realty, has her real estate license in the State of Michigan and brings to the business knowledge in residential property sales.
